**JOB SUMMARY**
The Retail Operations Associate supports daily showroom and stockroom operations while delivering outstanding customer service. This role helps maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked environment while assisting customers, supporting inventory flow, and contributing to overall operational success.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, dependable, and comfortable working in both customer-facing and warehouse environments.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

+ Provide professional, proactive customer service by assisting customers with product selection, product-related questions, and showroom navigation.
+ Support overall showroom presentation and customer experience.
