**Primary purpose of the position:**

Administers qualified and non-qualified defined benefit pension plans, Defined Contribution 401k plans, Deferred Compensation and Employee Stock Purchase Plans (ESPP) for US Salaried, Union and Non-Union Hourly full-time and part-time employees. Accountable for all administrative functions for Balls qualified plans and regulatory guidelines to maintain qualified plan status.
