Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Retrofit Manager to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP Solution Manager, ABAP development and S/4HANA and BW/4HANA, with excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with various teams.
Key Responsibilities
Retrofit Coordination & Execution
Manage and monitor the SAP retrofit process across multiple systems (e.g., D, Q, P landscapes).
Ensure timely and accurate retrofitting of transports from project systems to maintenance systems and vice versa.
Collaborate with functional and technical teams to validate retrofit scope and impact.
Propose scenarios to facilitate the retrofit process.
Governance & Compliance
Define and enforce retrofit governance processes and best practices.
Ensure compliance with change management policies and audit requirements.
Maintain documentation of retrofit activities and decisions.
