Revenue Cycle Associate Biller

Job Summary:
Under the direction of the Care New England Accounts Receivable (A/R) Supervisor, the Revenue Cycle Associate Biller performs various patient billing research as well as clerical and office functions.
Duties include but are not limited to handling and distributing daily mail, preparing payments for posting, processing billing information requests from third parties and patients, researching and issuing patient refunds, researching and updating patient addresses, maintaining spreadsheets and providing support for billing, collection and customer service functions.
The Revenue Cycle Associate Biller functions as a liaison to coworkers, internal and external customers to ensure appropriate and adequate support for the many functions performed within the Revenue Cycle team.
