Position Summary

The Revenue Cycle Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing the organization's revenue cycle operations, including patient intake, insurance billing, claims management, provider credentialing, prior authorizations, and patient financial services. This role serves as the primary leader for revenue cycle performance, ensuring efficient workflows, timely reimbursement, regulatory compliance, and an exceptional patient experience.

The Revenue Cycle Manager works closely with clinical leadership, third-party billing partners, insurance companies, and patient families to optimize revenue, reduce claim denials, maintain provider credentialing, and continuously improve operational processes. This position requires extensive knowledge of ABA billing, medical credentialing, revenue cycle management, and patient financial operations.
