Job Description

Branco Mykonos is seeking a strategic, data-driven Revenue Manager to optimize pricing, maximize market share, and drive top-line revenue growth. This role focuses on analyzing demand, managing distribution channels, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams. This is a full-time on-site role located in Athens.

Key Responsibilities

  • Forecast demand patterns: Create daily, weekly, and monthly revenue forecasts.
  • Monitor market trends: Conduct regular competitive analyses to identify market shifts.
  • Manage distribution channels: Optimize inventory across Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) and direct channels.
  • Lead strategy meetings: Collaborate weekly with sales, marketing, and general management teams.
  • Analyze key metrics: Track performance indicators like RevPAR, ADR, and Occupancy Rate.
