This is a senior revenue management role with full accountability for pricing, inventory, and demand strategy across a portfolio of ultra-luxury camps. The position is responsible for protecting ADR and channel mix while driving total revenue and profit performance. You will develop and maintain the pricing architecture, manage demand forecasting across an 18-month horizon, and oversee inventory controls. This includes displacement analysis, stop-sell decisions, and tactical rate adjustments to optimise performance across peak and shoulder periods.
