Job Description
The Reward Analyst is responsible for implementing, administering, and supporting Unitrans’ total reward programmes in alignment with the Human Capital strategy. The role ensures that remuneration, benefits, and wellbeing initiatives are consistently applied, accurately administered, and compliant with internal governance frameworks and relevant legislation.
The role involves analysing reward-related data, producing meaningful reports, and providing data-driven insights to support decision‑making. Through effective execution, governance support, and stakeholder engagement, the Reward Analyst contributes to fair, competitive, and sustainable reward practices that support employee engagement, retention, productivity, and overall wellbeing (physical, emotional, and financial).
