Job Description
What will you do:- Support benefits subject matter experts across different benefits areas in Mexico and the United States during their campaigns.
- Assist with data management, document exchange between vendors and internal stakeholders within SE.
- Provide general operational support for benefits administration.
- Assist in resolving HR call center tickets and escalations.
- Provide excellent customer service to our employees and stakeholders- Operate and administer our benefit offers- Prepare, review, and analyze high volumes of dataWhat qualifications will make you successful:- Currently enrolled in an accredited university pursuing a 4-year degree or equivalent.
- You enjoy critical thinking, customer service and supporting employees.
- Have advanced digital skills, learn fast utilizing digital platforms.
- Have proficient use of Excel.
- Have proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
