Job Description
Responsibilities
Reactive maintenance to domestic properties
To carry out responsive repairs, fault finding and planned services
Needs to work on own initiative to ensure that all repairs are carried out efficiently to ensure the right level of customer satisfaction is achieved
Ensure that the work is undertaken in a timely manner
Skills
Must be RGI certified
Minimum 2 years experience
A good knowledge of the general building and construction industry
Excellent personal presentation and time keeping skills
Shift Pattern
Monday to Thursday: 7.30am to 4pm. Friday 7.30am to 3pm
