Job Description
As an RIA Integration Manager, you’ll lead the full lifecycle of bringing newly acquired Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) firms into our organization. From the moment a deal is signed through full integration, you’ll act as the central point of contact and trusted partner for advisors and their teams. This role blends project leadership, relationship management, and problem-solving. You’ll guide advisors through a major career transition—keeping things on track operationally while ensuring they feel supported and confident throughout the process.
You’ll typically manage 4–6 integrations at once, partnering closely with internal teams across the business (Legal, Compliance, Finance, HR, IT, and more) and working alongside integration specialists. This is a hybrid role with about 10-25% travel.
