Responsibilities

• Liaise with public and private bodies from the publication of the tender to the award of the contract and throughout the contract performance and related tasks.
• Handle and respond to requests.
• Maintain ongoing communication with public and private sector bidders.
• Manage guarantees.
• Analyze commercial contracts.
• Coordinate resources with external consultants.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of administrative regulations, including the Law on the Legal Regime of the Public Sector (LRJSP), the Law on Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations (LPAC), and Public Sector Procurement Law (LCSP).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Salesforce is desirable.
