Responsibilities

• Liaise with public and private bodies from publication of the tender to award of the contract, and subsequently, performance of the contract and any related tasks.
• Handling and responding to requests.
• Maintaining ongoing communication with public and private sector bidders.
• Managing guarantees.
• Analyzing commercial contracts.
• Coordinating resources with external consultants.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in public procurement management.
• Deep knowledge of administrative regulations (Law on the Legal Regime of the Public Sector (LRJSP), Law on Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations (LPAC), Public Sector Procurement Law (LCSP), among others).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Salesforce is desirable.
