Rider Recruitment & Operations Lead

Delivery Hero is looking for a candidate in Karachi to manage rider recruitment and oversee delivery operations. You will be responsible for achieving acquisition targets, optimizing services, and developing training programs for riders. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of recruitment experience, strong communication, and a process-oriented mindset. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics or a relevant field is preferred.
