Rig Mechanic (Onshore Oil/Gas Drilling)

The Rig Mechanic is responsible for all mechanical systems on the drilling rig and camp facility.  Ensures that all mechanical systems, plant and equipment is safe and complies with relevant standards and codes.

• Adopt Company preventive maintenance system to contract.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks and inspections as per company policies and procedures.
• Provide instruction and supervision to mechanical maintenance support staff.
• Contributes proactively to maintenance programs and targets.
• Complete all work orders assigned to you in the EAM in a timely manner. Enter in the work order all the information required for each section of the work order. Only sign off the work order when all the relevant information is complet...
