- Assemble rigging equipment and structures to lift and move heavy loads safely.
- Inspect equipment to ensure it meets safety standards and is in good working condition.
- Collaborate with crane operators and other construction personnel to ensure safe operations.
- Follow industry regulations and safety procedures at all times.
- Maintain accurate records of rigging activities, inspections, and equipment use.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 02 years
- Skills and Competencies: Certification in NCII or equivalent rigging certification
- Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to work as part of a team
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to understand and follow technical instructions and blueprints
