Job Description
Responsibilities
- Prepare standard and bespoke facility, security and auxiliary documentation in accordance with credit approvals and internal policies, including due diligence checks.
- Ensure all relevant conditions, covenants and jurisdictional clauses are included in drafted documentation.
- Manage status overview for issued documentation and track their return.
- Independently liaise and follow up with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., engage internal legal and product on insurance matters or external solicitors and valuers to facilitate completion of mortgage documentation, and work with legal and custodian teams to ensure perfection of share-related documentation) to ensure timely completion of documentation.
