Risk Analyst - Finance Processes
Adelaide | Hybrid Working (2 days office / 3 days WFH)
Talenza is partnering with a leading Financial Services organisation to recruit an experienced Risk Analyst to support a large-scale uplift across process mapping, risk identification, and control documentation.
This role will suit a proactive and self-sufficient risk professional who is comfortable operating in a low maturity environment and can quickly identify control gaps, process weaknesses, and operational risk exposures.
What you'll be doing
Documenting and analysing end-to-end business processes across finance and back-office operations
Developing L3 and supporting L4 process maps for operational and scheme-related processes
Identifying key risks, control gaps, and improvement opportunities
Defining and documenting control points within processes
