Risk Analyst for I-Gaming (shift 3pm-12 am)

Overview

As a Risk Analyst , you will proactively identify and counteract fraudulent behaviors—including bonus abuse, chargeback patterns, affiliate fraud, and AML/CFT risks—through data-driven analysis and hands-on investigation of customer accounts.

You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams and contribute to fast, accurate decision-making that supports a safe gaming environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily risk reports and take action to detect and mitigate fraud or chargebacks.
• Screen accounts for suspicious activity (e.g., bonus abuse), and handle withdrawals in line with company procedures.
• Investigate and escalate fraud cases as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalations and optimize processes.
