Our client is a respected New Zealand financial services organisation seeking a Risk & Assurance Analyst to join its Risk & Compliance team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an analytical and inquisitive professional who enjoys identifying risks, assessing controls, and driving continuous improvement across a business.

Working across multiple functions, you'll help ensure the organisation operates in line with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and best-practice risk management frameworks.

Reporting to a highly regarded manager, you will be responsible for conducting assurance reviews, assessing internal controls, identifying risk and compliance issues, and supporting the ongoing enhancement of the organisation's assurance framework.

You’ll work closely with business leaders and key stakeholders to provide valuable insights that help improve processes, mitigate risk, and support strong business outcomes.
