The Company
One of Brisbane's leading Schools located just outside the city have an opportunity for a skilled Risk & Compliance professional to join their team. With a focus on uplift and increase risk maturity across the organisation.
This is a full time role but would consider part time for the right candidate.
The Role
- Lead the risk management learning journey – including conducting risk assessments, critical incidents, work health & safety training.
- Ensuring compliance with Child Safety Standards across the campus – including developing and implementing action plans and monitoring progress.
- Audit compliance.
- Document control & review – procedures; tools; plans & checklists.
- Continuous Improvement initiative across processes (automation).
