Customer Experience and Business Trends (CXBT) is seeking an experienced Risk and Compliance Manager. Our team focuses on improving customer experience at Amazon globally. The Risk and Compliance Manager will be responsible for managing global risk and compliance programs that include inventorying, assessing, managing, and monitoring important project-related risks.

The candidate will be hands on and must have an entrepreneurial mindset to be successful in this role. A successful candidate will have the opportunity to manage and iterate an approach to identifying, assessing, and driving remediation for a wide set of risks on our expanding projects.

The candidate must be comfortable with balancing strategic thinking with tactical, detailed execution while working independently, sorting through ambiguously defined problems, identifying and facing big challenges, and adjusting to sudden and frequent change.
