Goodwin seeks a highly qualified junior to mid-level associate with 2-4 years of experience to join our industry-leading practice. Our group works across Goodwin’s global platform on a wide variety of risk management and insurance matters, and we pride ourselves on being “insurance problem solvers” for the entire firm. Our practice is extremely varied and includes negotiation and placement of insurance programs, including custom programs, as well as claims monitoring and management, across a wide variety of coverage lines including D&O, E&O, cyber and transactional insurance. The ideal candidate should have strong familiarity with foundational insurance coverage concepts and the dynamics of the US insurance market. Strong writing and communications skills, an ability to work both on a team and independently, think creatively, and a commitment to developing a specialized expertise in this area are also a must.
