Summary The VA Western Colorado Health Care System is looking for a Risk Management Program Manager for the VISN 19 Grand Junction VAMC. Responsibilities The Nurse Program Manager (PM) Registered Nurse (RN) executes position responsibilities that demonstrates leadership, experience, and creative approaches to the management of program aspects. The PM demonstrates performance and leadership that is broad enough to impact the standard of care and safety of staff while caring for all patients throughout the continuum of care. The PM is responsible for leading a facility wide program for all services within the organization that meets the requirements of National Directives. They will oversee the provision of staff education, orientation, competencies and providing quality improvement consultation related to the program.
