About the Role
The Risk Manager will lead the development and execution of our enterprise risk management framework in Saudi Arabia. You will identify, assess and monitor credit, market and operational risks, ensure regulatory compliance and partner with stakeholders to embed risk‑aware decision making across the organization.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain an enterprise risk management framework aligned with industry best practices and local regulations.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative risk analysis for credit, market, and operational risk exposures.
- Prepare and present comprehensive risk reports, dashboards, and heat maps to senior management and regulatory bodies.
- Monitor changes in Saudi Arabian regulatory requirements e.g., SAMA, CMA, and ensure organizational compliance.
- Collaborate with business units and senior stakeholders to integrate risk management into strategic planning and decision processes.
