Responsibilities

POSITION SUMMARY:

Responsible for the ongoing, effective daily operations of Risk Management activities. Such responsibilities include incorporation of the Corporate TERM/Patient Safety Program into the overall functions of South Texas Health System. Ensure continuous reporting to System Risk Management Director, Administration and Corporate Risk Management/Insurance.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Supervisory experience helpful.
  • Knowledge of hospital experience would be beneficial
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong proficiency in oral and written communication skills (grammar and spelling) necessary for communication with employees, physicians, and guests of the hospital.
  • Must demonstrate commitment and adherence to STHS’s Compliance Program and Code of Conduct through compliance with all policies and procedures, the Code of Conduct, attendance at required training and ...
