    • As a Risk Specialist, you’ll be working shoulder-to-shoulder with operational and delivery teams to help them identify, measure, manage, monitor and report on risk. You’ll be supported by FMG’s Second Line of Defence Risk Team, but your focus will be on enabling the business to own and manage its risks confidently and competently.


    What you’ll be doing:

  • Facilitate risk assessments and support teams to identify and test controls.
  • Manage risk incidents, including triage, root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Oversee the use of FMG’s risk tool (Resolver) to ensure risks and controls are accurately captured and maintained.
  • Provide practical advice and tools to support risk thinking and capability.
