About The Role
The client is seeking a detail‑oriented RMA & RTV Operations Coordinator to support reverse logistics operations, including RMA processing, RTV tracking, customer communication, and outbound shipping support.
Key Responsibilities
- Issue RMA numbers according to internal procedures
- Respond to customer and partner email inquiries
- Assist in issuing credit memos
- Verify completeness and accuracy of RMA data
- Follow up on pending or incomplete RMAs
- Maintain accurate RTV records
- Monitor and report aging RTV inventory
- Flag discrepancies and escalate when needed
