Legrand has an exciting opportunity for aRMA Shipping Clerk to join the Data Center Power and Control TeaminReno, NV. This job will incorporate the responsibilities of the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Specialist. In an RMA Specialist role, the position assists Technical Support shipping and receiving needs, prepares customer orders, and checks shipping orders against customer RMA orders. The RMA Specialist will be responsible for documenting most RMA transactions using Legrand process and internal systems (SAP). We are seeking a candidate to add/expand the Technical Support Team. The substantial focus will be on Raritan’s RMA processing for a wide assortment of Legrand HW products. Strong day-to-day problem solving with excellent people skills and an understanding of error free workplace.
