STONZ is seeking a confident and experienced RMO Advisor to advocate for and support Resident Medical Officers (RMOs) across Aotearoa New Zealand.
This is a unique opportunity to also work at a national level, shaping workforce conditions, supporting doctors through complex employment matters, and building strong partnerships with Te Whatu Ora | Health NZ and local districts.
Location: Christchurch (flexible/remote options)
Position: Full‑time (37.5 hrs/week) or part‑time for the right person.
