RN After Hours - Senior Living (Casual/Part-Time)

The RN-After Hours is primarily responsible for gathering clinical information over the phone and directing healthcare services. The RN-After Hours uses Lifespark's Clinical Guidelines as well as internal process and/or procedure to meet the needs of residents and staff within their communities. The RN-After Hours must possess and use good clinical judgement, careful listening, critical thinking, and escalate to appropriate personnel as needed.
Position: After Hours RN for Senior Living
Hourly: $38.00 - $40.00 hourly, depending on experience
Service Area: Remote Requires 2 half-days onsite for Corporate Orientation in St. Louis Park, 55416 then it will be remote.
Schedule: Hours will vary between days, evenings and nights. Must commit to at least four (4), 6-hour shifts per month. Two (2) of those shifts must be a Saturday or Sunday. Every other holiday rotation is required.
