As an IKC Registered Nurse, RN Case Manager, you assist some of the most complex patient population in navigating the health care system and making it work for them. You are able to support and look at a patient holistically, help them navigate the health care system. You are their advocate and get 1:1 time to assist in impacting the patient experience. 

Position Details 

Location: Savannah, GA

Schedule: Monday–Friday, full-time schedule with the ability to accommodate patient availability—flexibility is key. No nights, No weekends, No on call.
