BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to fill the position of **Clinical Nurse Manager** for our **brand new Columbia, MO** Habilitation office. This office provides best in class care to clients of all ages throughout **Columbia area.**

**_Enjoy a Monday-Friday 8:30 AM- 5:00 PM Schedule_**

**_Salary Range- $85,000-$95,000_**

+ Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
+ Develop the care plan and oversee its execution.
+ Supervise the habilitation tech staff in the field.
+ Facilitate new hire orientation.
+ Conduct competencies on new and tenured staff.
+ Collaborate with the client, family, Case Managers, Hab Techs and other teams to implement and evaluate client care needs and individual goals identified in the Person Centered/Individual Support Plan
