RN Coordinator | Freestanding Emergency Department | Part Time | Nights

Overview: The RN Coordinator is a registered professional nurse who supports the Nurse Manager/Director and provides shift leadership for the overall operations of the Emergency Department on a 24/7 basis, including weekends, holidays, and evening/night shifts. Provides structure and support to unit staff and other health care professionals while ensuring provision of age-appropriate care for patients and families. Is able to demonstrate critical thinking skills, creativity, and has the knowledge to manage resources to achieve quality performance, positive employee relations, and compliance with hospital guidelines. Skilled in coaching, mentoring, and leading a professional and technical team in the delivery of services to our patient population.
