Description: This position involves working in a high-acuity unit. Contractors will manage a heavy load of strokes, cardiovascular issues, diabetes, wounds, behavioral health, and sepsis cases. Some trauma cases may be encountered, but this is not a trauma-designated unit. The nurse will provide nursing care utilizing the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation for assigned patients.
