Sign-On Bonus: $20,000 with a one-year work commitment

Shift Differentials: Nights +$4.00; Weekends +$3.25

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for our Long Term Acute Care unit. This role involves delivering comprehensive patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The RN will work collaboratively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and uphold the standards of nursing care in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.

Supervise and evaluate the nursing care provided, assigning tasks based on patient needs and team capabilities.

Document patient assessments, care plans, and other relevant information accurately in medical records.
