Job Description

The primary purpose of your job position is to efficiently deliver care to residents utilizing the nursing process (i.e., assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, evaluation). Responsibilities and care may be directed by the Director of Nursing, and should be in accordance with department and CANTATA's policies and procedures, current federal, state and facility standards, guidelines and regulations governing our company.
