Overview An acute care Level II Trauma and Comprehensive Stroke Center is seeking an experienced RN Manager to lead a 23-bed Neuro Trauma Progressive Care Unit. This leadership role oversees daily operations, quality initiatives, staff development, patient satisfaction, and clinical excellence for a specialized unit caring for complex neurological and trauma patients. The ideal candidate will possess strong neuro-trauma clinical expertise, progressive leadership experience, and a passion for team development, patient-centered care, and operational excellence.
