Type of staff: Day Shift – (example 1 charge, 3 RN, 2 CNA, and 1-3 sitters) Charge, 2RN Night Shift – Charge, 2 RN Patient Ratios – Based on acuity; 3 feeder/grower (level 2), 1-2 intermediate (level 3), 1 acute (level 4) Type of equipment – Omnibeds, bedside physiologic monitors, GE vents EMR – CPN and Meditech
