The Registered Nurse (RN) - NICU provides specialized nursing care to critically ill and premature newborns in a Level III/IV Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. This role delivers evidence-based, family-centered care while collaborating closely with neonatologists and multidisciplinary care teams to achieve optimal outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Care

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to neonates requiring intensive medical support
• Perform continuous assessments and promptly respond to changes in patient condition
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per NICU protocols

Family-Centered Care

• Support and educate parents and families throughout the NICU stay
