MANAGER - MHU, Samaritan Hospital, Troy, NY

Serves as a member of the Behavioral Health Management team. The Manager has accountability for the effective and efficient operation of the MHU Unit. The Manager spends 20% of the time in direct staff supervision and 80% of the time in administrative duties.

The Nurse Manager responsibilities include maintaining a high patient satisfaction, ensuring that clinical operations are effective, and overseeing hiring and retention of staff.
