4 10 hour days, 6:30 to 5 subject to change. Call credentials in area of practice preferred, such as CNOR, PANAC, and AAOPU for Outpatient BLS, ACLS, PALS required. Please submit with full SSN, DOB, preferred start date, RTO, middle name and address. Admin fee already deducted from rate.
