RN Essential Duties and Responsibilities


+ Performs written assessments of resident's condition upon admission and periodically during the nursing process to ensure provision of quality care based on assessed needs of the resident and the established standards of care.

+ Administers drugs and other therapeutic and diagnostic measures to the residents in accordance with physician's orders and then observes and charts the effects of these measures.
