Surgical RN - 4x10 Hour Day Shift

This is a 13-week contract position.

Day shift (4x10 hour shifts) from 06:45 AM to 05:15 PM.

The Surgical RN will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care in the operating room. This position requires working closely with surgeons and other surgical team members to ensure a safe and efficient surgical environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in surgical procedures, including but not limited to lobectomies, appendix removals, cholecystectomies, and orthopedic surgeries.
• Administer medications and monitor patient vital signs.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and universal precautions.
• Provide support to patients and their families before, during, and after surgical procedures.
• Participate in surgical team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of practices and patient outcomes.
