Job Description
Orthopedic Surgery Technician
Variable shift start times ranging from 6:00 AM to 8:00 AM. Possible on-call requirements.
This is a 13-week contract position.
We are seeking an experienced Orthopedic Surgery Technician with a minimum of 2 years of experience, particularly in spine, Mako knee, and hip procedures. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting orthopedic surgical teams during operations and ensuring optimal patient care in the surgical setting.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in orthopedic surgical procedures, ensuring all instruments and supplies are prepared and available.
- Support the surgical team by providing exceptional patient care and maintaining a sterile environment.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and assist in post-operative recovery as necessary.
- Maintain documentation related to surgical procedures and patient care.
