Position Overview
Distributes clinical related assignments, and oversees completion and compliance of clinical assignments and duties.
Assumes role as a clinical resource lead to other staff members.
Keeps clinical and office manager informed of practice needs and problems.
Assists clinical manager in resolving technical, operational, system and other related issues on a timely basis.
Takes appropriate corrective action when needed.
Monitors practice activities and collaborates with staff in identification of needed resources to ensure optimal patient flow and outcomes.
Evaluates and enforces proper infection control practices to ensure safety of patients and staff.
Provides routine staff education and in-servicing when appropriate.
Actively participates in CHMG accreditation programs and processes.
