Position Overview

• Distributes clinical related assignments, and oversees completion and compliance of clinical assignments and duties.
• Assumes role as a clinical resource lead to other staff members.
• Keeps clinical and office manager informed of practice needs and problems.
• Assists clinical manager in resolving technical, operational, system and other related issues on a timely basis.
• Takes appropriate corrective action when needed.
• Monitors practice activities and collaborates with staff in identification of needed resources to ensure optimal patient flow and outcomes.
• Evaluates and enforces proper infection control practices to ensure safety of patients and staff.
• Provides routine staff education and in-servicing when appropriate.
• Actively participates in CHMG accreditation programs and processes.
