RN - PCU/Step Down
IU Health is now offering charge pay for PCU/MedSurg: Mix Acuity Unit. Must be comfortable with PCU and MedSurg and will work across all if needed. Shift: 3x12s. Ratios: 1:5. Years of experience REQ: 18 months. First timers accepted: Yes. Weekend REQ: Every other. Certs REQ: ACLS, BCLS. Required; NIH is preferred. Is on-call REQ: No. Will the clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes. Open to accommodating block schedule? To be discussed. Locals accepted: No. Pending License accepted: Yes. Must obtain IN, compact, and/or temp license prior to start. RTO Restrictions: Must work 2/3 major holidays.
Guaranteed Hours: 8 and 10 hr. shifts - 40 hrs. in one workweek. 3, 12 hr. shifts - 36 hrs. in one workweek. 4, 12 hr. shifts - 48 hrs. in one workweek.
