Job Description

Job Summary:
Perform the professional functions of a Registered Nurse in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the care of patients. Functions as Scrub Technician when needed. Coordinate, manage, provide and delegate patient care. Responsible for meeting the established Standards of Nursing Practice, and promoting cooperation among the health care team. This position is represented by CNA.

Job Requirements:
Education and Work Experience:
Graduate of a school of nursing: Required
Six or more months of relevant OR experience: Required
Licenses/Certifications:
Current RN license in state of practice: Required
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy: Required
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy: Required within 3 months of hire
