SYNERGY HomeCare of Charlotte, a dynamic customer-focused, Non-Medical In-Home Care agency with a mission to enhance the lives of seniors & their families has an opening for an RN (PRN Position). This is an ideal opportunity for an RN that is semi-retired or wanting a part-time flexible position. This RN position will be responsible for performing client assessments and creating/updating clients' plan of care. In addition the RN will conduct in-home supervisory visits every 90 days and supervise CNA's and HHA's.
